"מקום מהמם, הכי טוב שהייתי בו בפורטוגל, הכל כל כך יפה במלון, השירות מצויין והארוחת בוקר הייתה מעולה ועשירה, הצוות מקסים ויוצא מגדרו כדי לתת את השירות המעולה ביותר, אני מבלה הרבה בפורטוגל ורק לשמה אני אחזור, בחור בשם ז׳וואוו שעובד מסעדה, מקסים וחייכן וכל בוקר נתן לנו להרגיש בבית , תמיד שואל אם צריכים משהו ותמיד הכל בחיוך, כל הכבוד"

"אנשי צוות נעימים, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים, ארויץחת בוקר טובה וגם- אחלה חדר כושר! יש יציאה מהמלון לקו החוף ומסלול טיול מאוד יפה."

"הדירה היתה מהממת ביופיה ומאובזרת, מרגישים שהיתה חשיבה מה האורחים צריכים כדי שהשהות תהיה נוחה ונעימה. היתה לנו בעיה עם האמבטיה ומיד הציעו לנו לעבור לדירה חלופית אבל העדפנו להשאר...בדירה יש שני חדרים עם שרותים ומקלחת צמודים ובנוסף עוד חדר שרותים בסלון. המטבח מאובזר להפליא,יש מכונת כביסה ומיבש ומדיח כלים.הצוות סיפק לנו קפסולות סבון. בדירה של הילדים שלי היתה בעיה עם המדיח והם לא קבלו מענה.אני מניחה בגלל שהמלון היה עמוס באורחים. יש מכונת קפה עם קפסולות של נספרסו , בכל יום ממלאים מחדש. הסלון ופינת האוכל מרווחים ואנו אכלנו 10 איש סביב השולחן. לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר כי רוב המשפחה עם רגישויות למזון, מה גם שהמחיר לאדם הוא יקר. יש חנויות מזון בקרבת מקום."

"הבריכה המחוממת לא מאפשרת רחצת חורף כי המים לא ממש חמים.הילדים לא עמדובפיתוי וקפצו למים אבל הפכו מהר לפינגווינים"

"We had such a lovely little getaway at your hotel with my daughter, and it happened to be her birthday during our stay. Everything about our visit was truly wonderful — from the beautiful apartment and spotless cleanliness to the warm hospitality and attentive service from your team. The highlight for us was the incredibly thoughtful surprise we found when we returned from dinner: a little birthday cake, juices, and handwritten wishes from the staff. It was such a touching and beautiful gesture, and it made my daughter feel very special. Moments like this stay in your heart. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere and for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it meant a lot to us. Your hotel absolutely deserves the highest praise, and we will remember this stay very fondly. We hope to return again someday."

The hotel facilities were excellent, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were particularly welcoming and attentive, always happy to help and making sure guests felt well looked after. The spa was a real highlight of the visit. It was clean, peaceful and well maintained, providing the perfect place to unwind. The treatments and relaxation areas added to the overall experience, making it feel like a proper escape.
