"מלון מקסים. נחתנו בקטוביץ ויום למחרת נסענו לזאקופנה עם עצירה בקרקוב. חיפשנו מקום שיקרב אותנו לקרקוב/ זאקופנה וכך מצאנו את המלון. הגענו בשעת לילה מאוחרת וקיבלו אותנו יפה ועזרו לנו להתמקם. החדר היה ממש מרווח ונקי. למחרת בבוקר התעוררנו לארוחת בוקר נהדרת עם נוף מקסים לאגם. מה עוד אפשר לבקש!"

"Great stay! The staff were wonderful - very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is excellent as well. I truly enjoyed my time here and would be happy to come back again. Thank you very much!"

"We liked our stay, although there was a problem with the guests, they were celebrating something and it was quite noisy. The rooms are not soundproofing. But they were not allowed to celebrate too late, so we were not bothered at night. The morning was awesome, it was very quiet and peacefull, and the area is awesome. We loved the lake view and spend few hours riding SUP boards."

"This is third time we stated in Shuma. Both first and second time we stayed at the hotel. This time we rented small chalet for 4 people. The chalet was incredibly arranged and there was everything you needed for Few days stay. Food in the main restaurant is amazing and we always eat there."

"Purpose of our trip was different to others. We had a busy schedule everyday and needed somewhere to rest and charge batteries before another busy day. The reason we chosen chalet on the side is that we wanted peace and quiet and knew there could be a wedding party that weekend. Even at the check in we asked if there is any wedding party planned and were happy to hear that there isn’t one. However, in the barn at the back of our chalet there was private party both Friday and Saturday till early hours. Not only loud music and drunk people shouting outside our window. One Lady under influence of alcohol decided to leave the party driving car under influence. Ended up driving forward instead of reversing and her car ended up on fence. We were parked right next to her so had to get up and move our car. Air conditioner was not working and could not be repaired during our whole stay. So we could not open any windows because of the noise and ended up all 4 of us sleeping downstairs on the sofa and on the floor as both bedrooms are right under roof and it was not possible to breath. Receptionist was very apologetic and helpful. She organised couple of fans to help us survive. Overall we were very disappointed. Wish I was informed about those parties and stayed elsewhere."

"It’s a hidden paradise, no noise, the beautiful lake, nature which invites to have a walk. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms clean. The guys at the reception were great and supported."

"It’s not the accommodation itself which gets a minus. It’s the restaurant and it’s not because of the food/ meal. The food was fresh and delicious but there is one waitress who isn’t able to understand one word English so it is hard to order but if you show the menu it works. The problem is later if you want to pay separately. At the end she was so unfriendly and had almost thrown the last beer on the table - although we didn’t criticize herself or were blaming, we could read in her face what she was thinking about us. That is more than impolite. Luckily she didn’t like serving us the next day and the other girl was so supportive! We only recommend taking part in an English course to have more fun while working. A few wird can make the work easier !"

"Super beautiful hotel, all decoration was so nice, looks you are in ship. Local restaurant with excellent view to lake from terrace. Tasty dinner and breakfast in next morning. Friendly and other languages (not only polish) speaking staff."
