"All of it! An amazing pool and beautiful restaurant, lovely staff. There is nothing you can't ask for, truly 5 stars!"

"A bit poor choice in the rest menu."

"Great location near good restaurants and the nightlife centre. Beautiful Monopoly-themed hotel. Great staff. Lovely pool and sauna. Tastefully furnished. Free safe. Umbrella in the wardrobe (a first for me). Shoe shine machine."

"Industrial heritage photography doesn’t appeal to everyone. Very expensive breakfast. Bath robes a bit skimpy. Glass floor over original mosaic in entrance lobby takes some getting used to, although it’s very distinctive."

"Great location and love they’ve tried to keep as much of the original building as possible."

"Excellent location, extremely clean property, with super helpful staff and lovely facilities. We had a truly an incredible stay in Katowice!"

"The hotel is great of itself, but I want to underline the excellent staff and reception services. I had accidentally injured myself while in the city and needed to do some creative rebooking of my stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful, flexible, and informative. Top marks!"

"Nothing comes to mind."
