"לא היה בחדר ערכת קפה מה שיש בכל מלון. כמו כן אין מתקן מי שתייה בכל קומה ונאלצנו לקנות בבקבוקי מים בסופר. רוצה לציין שדאגו לשים שתי בקבוקי מים קטנים כל יום שלא הספיקו ."

"Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection. My room was very large with a very nice view of the adjacent pedestrian street. The hotel has many the classic details of a hotel in the traditional European grand style."

"My room had two armchairs, but they leaned back so far they weren't comfortable for reading as I would have to tilt my head forward to see the book. Because these chairs were unusable for me, there was little point having such a large room, as I was reduced on a swivel chair in from of the desk. The bathroom was very large and comfortable; however the bath tub doubled as a shower, but the rim was so high it was difficult getting in and out of the shower."
