"הכל. מלון מצויין . תמורה מלאה למחיר. היינו שם 8 לילות רצוף."

"המלון קצת מרוחק מהמרכז וכמובן שידענו זאת מראש, כ-20 דקות הליכה או כמה תחנות חשמלית/מטרו, אבל המחיר ששילמנו היה הרבה יותר זול מהמלונות המרכזיים יותר. החדר היה מרווח ואפילו עם מרפסת קטנה. חדר המקלחת גם גדול ויפה. ניקיון טוב. שירות בקבלה 24 שעות, מה שהיה חשוב לנו, כי עזבנו באמצע הלילה לטיסה מוקדמת. צוות בקבלה שירותי ונחמד. יש תחבורה ציבורית טובה ליד המלון. הזמנו מראש מקום בחניון המלון בתשלום. אבל כשהגענו ראינו שאין שום בעיה למצוא מקום חניה ברחוב, אז ביטלנו את החניון. הינו בסופ"ש כך שרוב הזמן החניה ברחוב היתה בחינם. בימי חול החניה ברחוב בתשלום שעתי במשך שעות היום. הסביבה של המלון נראית בטוחה. יש בסביבת המלון כמה בתי קפה נחמדים, סופרים. מלון לא מפואר, אבל מכובד, נקי ולא יקר ולגמרי ענה על הצרכים שלנו. סה"כ מלון מומלץ."

"אין לי שום טענות. רק לדעת מראש שהמלון יחסית לא מאוד מרכזי (למרות שההגעה למרכז פשוטה וקצרה) ואז אין שום סיבה להיות מאוכזב. לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר במלון כי היא לא נראתה לנו מאוד מיוחדת או מזמינה במיוחד. יש אופציות יותר אטרקטיביות ליד המלון."

"Room was a bit hot. Pillows a bit thin and when we asked for a couple more they could only find an additional one."

"We have been staying at Hetman Hotel for several years, a few times every year. The location is perfect if you aren't afraid of walking - around 20 minutes by walk to Old Town or Novy Swiat. The Old Praga district around the hotel is probably the hippest in town, very artistic and rapidly developing. The hotel itself is a classical building, refurbished but with a strong, authentic feel of the end of 19 century. Car's street parking is much easier than in the central part of Warsaw as well. Rooms are of good size, and room service is done daily, which is an excellent practice for a 3* hotel. The price is very competitive - always slightly lower than on the other Wistula shore in a central district."

"We got a room with a freshly repaired shower - great news, just some equipment and materials have a bit of a budget feel (some shower plastics, shower mixer from Ikea, etc). Everything worked well, though. Not a big deal, just a bit contrasting with the classic "old school" hotel image. Rooms being cleaned daily is a great thing. Just on different days shower's cleaning was of variable quality. Light unpleasant smell in a shower, probably from the toilet pipes."
