"The location is nice, 10-15minutes walk to the Malbork Castle and just in front of the shopping mall. Couple restaurants nearby and have the billard right next to the hotel. The bathroom is very warm and comfortable bed is also a big plus. The ladies are really kind and nice, let us storage our baggage before the tour. More than that, our room was upgraded, which is really a big surprise! The breakfast is also fine, many choices for warm meal and desserts. Really worth to book it if you find the time suitable."

The location is extremely convenient being close to the train station, restaurants, shopping mall, and the castle. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Hotel located in the city centre, very easy to reach with paid private parking nearby. ( Around 7 Euro per day ) The room is old and simple, but clean and big enough for 2 people. Good beds. Kettle, coffee and tea inside the room. Very good price. The breakfast is not cheap for Poland standard but taste very good with a lot of choice. It is worth to book with breakfast if you have time to enjoy a good breakfast in the morning. We did enjoy it very much! ( 11 Euro per person ) This is a good place to stay if you plan to visit the Malbork Castle."

"There is no restaurant inside the hotel. We were there for New Year's Eve and quite difficult to find restaurant for dinner as there is not many restaurant nearby."

"Just as we arrived the staff leave the place so we have to wait for a long time until they open a door. The rest of the stay was nice and the breakfasts as well ."

"OK. First time staying here. It is what it is really, OK the stay was over the Christmas period. . Staff on the desk were polite and helpful till the last day of my stay (this is my view and could be due to the timing). In all it is in an ideal spot for a short visit, it was clean , parking was good, and all OK to an extent. It is what it is. Just was not for me."

"Room was OK (Big double room) it was all clean, however it is starting to show its age a little. For me beds way too soft. Little things, soap dispensers falling apart, and not cleaned, sinks awkwardly positioned, the room seemed to just be showing its age. I mentioned staff in my good points, and re my last day as I actually decided to leave and checked out a day earlier than booked and paid for, and with this there were no questions as to why or if there was a specific reason, more so too interested in their phone call. I understand having to work over the Christmas period can be a pain, but still one would expect a little bit of an ask, about the stay or why you decided to leave earlier. It's just just that last moment sort of summed up some things and now even happier to have left earlier. Bit of a shame really."
