"Pillows were too soft for me. No possibility to have a harder pillow. Without a problem got a second pillow. Parking expensive. Bit noisy at night (night live at Piotrkowska). Shouting children in the spa."

"it has nice breakfast and spa. also the staffs were very helpful and kind."

"I did ballet parking but it was the out door parking lot so my car got lots of dust from the construction. The staff promised to cash back of car wash. I hope the hotel keep the promise."

"This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in! We have come to Łódź regularly over last seven years and have followed the renovation of this magnificent hotel. It is now of the highest standard - 5 stars! The basement spa and pool is amazing - I have never seen anything like it anywhere else. The marble and wooden staircase is both modern and yet timelessly elegant!"

"I actually can’t fault this hotel! It is perfect!"
