"It was a very nice appartment. Nice Area. Pretty near to the beach and above a Shopping Mall. Parking slots direct infront of the building. Very clean. Friendly Host."

"Kama place was absolutely gleaming and spotless when we arrived. Its spacious, comfortable and airy, it feels so comfortable like a proper home. I loved the finer details such as reed diffusers, plants and warm/cool lighting in the rooms. We were given lots of water, both room temp and and refrigerated. The extra beach towels and beach chairs/parasol were great too. We didn't need anything, it was all there."

"Location perfect for walking to sea and amenities. Car parking possible. Spacious clean flat. Didn't meet host but he provided us with camping chairs for use on the beaches at our request. Grateful for that. Comfortable bed and good bedding."

"Outdoor of host's control but there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and souped up cars speeding along the road outside from 12.00 to 2.00 at night."

"The location is very posh with beach at walking distance and lots of upscale eateries around."

"I loved the fact it has character and you got what you can see in the pictures. A simple yet comfortable place to stay. No tv but they do have wifi. A lovely outside majlis type sitting area for evenings. We went in Ramadan so no food at the restaurant but plenty in the area. A quite tranquil place away from everything. Bathroom was clean and the water was fabulously hot! Beds were comfortable and clean. Facilities like tea and coffee were sorted."

"Great location. The best view for watching the sunset. It is practically at the beginning of the dirt road that brings you to Jabal Shams. Sultan was very quick with arranging a 4 WD taxi for us when we wanted to visit Jabal Shams lastminute as we tried with our 2 WD and decided to go back. The beds are very comfortable and clean, rooms well sized and kitchen equipped with everything we needed from pans to oil and spices. Wifi works good. We also enjoyed having dinner outside."

"The location was nice to chill, there is one free beach in the village and another one that can be reached by car in 10 minutes which is wonderful (Dunes beach). The apartment is well equipped, everything is like on the photos. You can use a pool that is shared with other buildings but as we were there in low season, there was minimum of people there, I immagine in high season it is something else."

"The boss is a thoughtful and cultured person with unique insights into life and the current situation of the country. If you first understand Oman's past and present, just chat with him. The hotel is clean, each room has its own sanitary napkin, and the kitchen is very clean. There is a large supermarket 1.5 kilometers away. The only problem is that it is more than 10 kilometers away from the city. I believe the boss can coordinate the transportation to the airport and the city during the peak tourist season. Next time I pass by Oman, I will go back to stay at his house"

"Nice apartment with a small terrace, which was great for people watching. Right in the center of town, next to the castle. There was a kitchen with plates and cutlery and some pots and pans, but no cooktop!"
