"Staff very kind and helpful! Good & silent location even not far from city. Nice bedroom with lake view."
"I did not have any bad thing related to the hotel only in the last 2 nights there was very noisy guests outside the balcony late in the evening but the hotel staff could handle it. The shower has no division so it can be wet around bathroom area but I guess this is a Nepalese culture do not have shower glass or curtain. It was nice hot water though."

"It is warm and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The facilities are also very good when compared to other nearby hotels. Very good value for money. The location is really good, close enough to the main shopping street but far away enough from the crowds. It's also close to several good cafes, including a coffee bar right on the premises."
"It does not offer free airport shuttle service. In a place like Pokhara where the airport is really close by, the hotel should consider this service."
"It was so relaxing here by the lake the boat rides so lovely hotel great location restaurants near by loads of shops cheap as Kathmandu had a great time should have booked longer great place to relax Jennifer from Australia"

"- Amazing room with a lovely view - Great location - Really fast turn around for a large amount of laundry we needed done post trekking before our flight the next day. It was all washed and dried in just a few hours -"
"- A number of things led to a poor breakfast experience unfortunately. The tables weren’t all set which is fine just meant we grabbed salt etc from another table. Staff were hard to get a hold of - there wasn’t someone behind the omelette counter so we had to wait around for someone, and then we had to find someone else to ask for a coffee! The coffee also was not included in breakfast - we had to pay for that separately which was surprising as we had breakfast included in our room rate but that doesn’t include a tea/coffee? Not great."
"The room had a little balcony, comfy beds and a good bathroom. The shower had no separation and the whole bathroom got soaking wet, which could easily be fixed if they'd have a floor squeegee (they didn't). Great views from the rooftop."
"The breakfast was the only big disappointment. Little choice for European clients. Only a little bit (1-2 kinds) of fruit, yoghurt, boring muesli, eggs and poor quality bread. The coffee was instant powder and anythig else, like a cappuccino, costs extra. For the price we were paying I expected better."
