"קיבלתי מצוות המלון יחס חם ואדיב מהרגע שנכנסתי ועד הרגע שסיימתי את שהותי. כל מי שישב בקבלה היה מסביר פנים, סבלניים להסביר ולהציע מקומות אותם חיפשתי. זהו מלון לא גדול אלא בוטיק והוא עסק משפחתי וגם מרגיש כך. המלון ממוקם כ15 דקות הליכה מכיכר דאם אבל בכל סביבת המלון יש המון מה לראות ולעשות, ממוקם גם כ3 דקות הליכה מתחנת האוטובוס הישיר לשדה התעופה. הרחוב של המלון שקט ונעים. האינטרנט במלון חזק ומספק .הגעתי עם המחשב שלי אז זה פרט חשוב עבורי. המיטה נוחה, יש מתלה למעיל, ארון/פינת עבודה עם מכונת קפה, מים חמים במקלחת והחדר מסודר בכל יום (שימו את השלט הירוק שתלוי ליד מתלה המעילים). אני חייבת לשבח את נשות צוות המלון שהשיחות שלי איתן לאורך שהותי היו ברמה גבוהה ומעצימה והיו אחת אחת פשוט מקסימות."
