Room for some maybe a bit sparse, but I wanted to see Amsterdam not my hotel room - just need a good night's sleep, and the bonus of a simple but tasty breakfast."

We stayed on the third floor, shared bathroom and separate WC both clean and well maintained. The breakfast was adequate, I would not pay extra for this breakfast though. All of the staff extremely friendly and helpful."
"Ok for me, however if you are not comfortable with steep stair cases this place is not for you. As with many older properties in Amsterdam the building is relatively narrow and therefore the staircases as also narrow and very steep."

"I read all the reviews about the property the stairs, the basic room the shared bathroom but the description was as it said and reviews accurate with that we had no issue at all with anything yes the room could do with a touch up but it does state basic accommodation and on a budget so you get what you pay for but was clean and clean towels every day"
"Very small room but extremely clean and comfortable, in the heart of old town. Matais the receptionist is very friendly. Shower and sink in the room, shared toilet but we never saw anyone there. The location is amazing to explore the whole city."
