The Hidalgo is located in the centre of Santiago de Querétaro, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. "The restaurant has the music speakers pointing inwards, so if you stay on the ground floor you can hear it as loud and clear as if it was playing in your room.... luckily they get turned off by 10pm. We also asked for a fully accessible room, and it was not. We had to be moved to a smaller but more accessible room on arrival."
