"Excellent value for money; very friendly staff (partly English speaking) Best location, only a few minutes walking from Parque Alameda, Bella Artes and Madero. Next metro station just around the corner"

Staff is very friendly and competent, We could deposit some luggage a few days before we checked before we checked in the first time and between our first and second stay in hotel Fleming. Our room was comfortable and quiet."

"Excelente ubicación y excelente trato por parte del señor de cabello blanco, no recuerdo su nombre, pero muy amable y muy servicial. El agua caliente siempre, no había mucho ruido en las habitaciones. Un lugar muy seguro para hospedarse, no había nada malo alrededor, nos sentimos muy seguros, era algo que me preocupaba al principio, pero definitivamente todo tranquilo, tanto adentro como por fuera del hotel."
"El trato del señor joven que nos abrió la puerta cuando regresamos del concierto, prepotente que nos regañó cuando no sabíamos de la regla de "dejar llaves en recepcion". Nos preguntó quién nos atendió en la mañana, le dijimos que el señor de cabello blanco y solo hizo una mueca y nos regañó. La cama estuvo muy incómoda y las almohadas necesitan cambio, están un poco viejas. La sábana muy dura. En general estuvo bien el alojamiento, pero creo que por el precio, podrían hacer unos cambios a los colchones, sábanas y almohadas para hacer que la experiencia sea mucho mejor."
