"The view was amazing. I could see the Pacific Ocean. The installations are excellent and I could enjoy the landscapes and the nature. There were beautiful swimming pools to relax. "The best hotel that we’ve stayed in Mexico! Unique, authentic design, very delicious, generous breakfast, amazing staff. Super uber comfortable beds and pillows and good curtains to not let morning light in. Quiet through the night. Nice pool, everything is very clean and made to a high standard. We had a car so it would take only 5 minutes and we would be in the center. If we would need to stay again we wouldn’t doubt for one second! Loved everything about the place! Thank you so much!"

"We got a room in the second floor with a balcony, has a nice view, the hotel is in general clean, some personal are not that kind, but overall the personel is very friendly and warm. It has many restaurants and they offer a variable menu for a mid-long saty, the drinks are not the best but for the price is reasonable, some nights they have shows, but we didn't assist to any, the hotel is located in front of the beach which is clean and really nice, also the property has parking"

"Staff were truly excellent. The hotel has a butler service and they were truly ready to get anything I needed at any time. In addition, I got a bad case of travellers diarrhea and they took such good care of me. They had a doctor on call who came and saw me and when she prescribed medications, the concierge got them for me from the pharmacy. They also brought me extra water and kept checking on me. I am truly grateful for the care!"

"Facilidade com passeios. O hotel é um ponto de saída de passeios para Isla Mujeres e Chichen-Itzá, por exemplo. Além dos hóspedes, aparecem pessoas de outros lugares para embarcar na praia que aparece nas fotos do anúncio, que é literalmente a “prainha”do hotel. Então foi muito cômodo fechar o passeio no hotel, tomar o café da manhã e já sair dali mesmo para Isla Mujeres."
