ההתקשרות עם פקיד הקבלה דרך מסך איננה טובה . היתה לנו בעיה בחדר ולא היה ניתן לפתור אותה מכיוון שבשעות הערב אין אף אדם פיזי במלון והקשר עם הקבלה הוא דרך מסך
