"The design of the property was sophisticated. All staffs are super helpful especially the housekeeping team and the FO team when they get to know about my missing passport incident."

"Only taxi was available commuting from or to the hotel. The only shuttle bus only commuting to the hotel near by. Around 5 minutes walk. Kind of feeling secured since many people also walked to the hotel."

"The location of the breakfast was convenient enough. I was warned that the breakfast wasn't good, but actually it was pretty decent. But it would have been nicer if there were more choices of ways of eggs cooked; ie scrambled + sunny-side up. Loved the beef borscht and the fried noodles! The jet of water coming from the shower was very powerful!"
"One of my pillows had a bit of smell that was like the grease from someone's head. Luckily, other pillows didn't have that smell so I simply changed it, but ideally there wouldn't be that smell at all. The water from the shower was so powerful that it couldn't be positioned properly on the shower holder and had to be handheld through the process."

We had to walked to Lisbon Palace everytime we need to go to places of interest as the shuttle services there are more frequent..should just route over to Lisboeta as they are under the same group and just next door. So we spent much time waiting for shuttle services."
