Bare in mind this is a residence, not a hotel so there isn't someone on the desk full time but staff are incredibly kind & helpful and very responsive via txt/ call/ whatsapp. Parking is available, although slightly limited. Can't beat the location. This will absolutely be my go to place in UB now. Modern, clean, comfortable."
"Unfortunately the shower was not warm enough, on the first night I had a good hot shower and after that it was lukewarm. Hopefully it can be fixed especially heading into winter now it's nice to have a good hot shower. Everything else is great."

"Residence con appartamenti nuovi, spaziosi ed eleganti. In posizione piuttosto centrale (circa 10 minuti a piedi da Sukhbaatar Square). Silenzioso e con una bella vista sulla città. Dotato dei confort essenziali, ideale per chi vuole una certa indipendenza e uno spazio confortevole per soggiorni di media durata. Portineria e guardiania sempre presente e disponibile a qualunque esigenza."
"Non è possibile andare a piani differenti da quello del proprio appartamento se non con le scale. La cucina è dotata dell'essenziale e in alcuni casi manca di vettovaglie utili per poter cucinare in maniera adeguata ed efficiente (ad esempio, manca qualcosa per scolare la pasta). La pulizia e il cambio della biancheria è settimanale. I prodotti per il bagno sono sufficienti per un pochi giorni."
