"המיקום היה מעולה, החדרים היו מחוממים היטב שכן בחוץ ירד שלג כבד, המלצר יבגני בחדר האוכל היה מאיר פנים נדיב ושאל כל הזמן מה חסר ועם חיוך ומאור פנים עשה כל מאמץ להגיש מה שביקשתי ואפילו כשבטעות הגעתי לפני זמן הפתיחה הוא הגיש קפה עם הרגשה נעימה, אני ממליץ בחום על המלון."

"The hotel Is being refurbished, there isn't a lift so we had to use the stairs which were covered in plastic and obviously very slippery but once these works are ready I can highly recommend."

"Nice and cozy hotel in a good position. Downtown Chisinau is easy to reach in 10 mins walk. Comfortable room with a small fridge. The lady at the reception was very kind. I was given a “doggy bag” for breakfast as I had to leave very early the last day and I was not able to eat at the restaurant."

"This hotel has exceptional staff, always ready to help, very positive and kind. We were given everything what we asked for (like extra hangers for clothes, kettles etc.). The rooms were cleaned every day, the place was calm, good for resting. The breakfast was really amazing, with many options to choose from and great coffee, the staff working at the breakfast restaurant were helpful and seemed naturally happy and proud doing their job.
