"Wonderful and friendly staff that made us feel very welcome and looked after. The rooms are all individual and the room designs are based on films (we had Lawrence of Arabia), which is kind of positively kitsch in a cute and differentiating way - we preferred that, rather than the more faceless larger hotels with more standardised/corporate style rooms. The overall style felt a little more traditional Moroccan, but in a slightly glamorous way, it was real fun to stay there! Everything was super clean, the rooms were really spacious, really lovely garden with pool and as it's located just on the outskirts of the town, it was quiet and peaceful. But still only a 8 minute walk into the centre of town. Nice traditional Moroccan breakfast. We had a massage while we were there and the lovely lady or superb. And they even let us park our car there for an extra day while we went to the Sahara for an overnight day."

"The only slight disappointment was dinner at the hotel. The setting was lovely as we sat by the pool in the garden, but we thought it was overpriced for both quality (not very interesting) and quantity. We had better meals in the town Centre (restaurant le jardin des aromes)"

"An elegant hotel once upon a time but now a little faded but could be so much better with a little maintainence. Eg check the air conditioner is working or straighten the wall lights. Change the non/working light bulb before the guests arrive ! Lovely multi functioning gentleman who signed us in, waited on our dinner table and brought pre dinner drinks to us in the garden - which also could have done with a bit more maintenance. We enjoyed nice simple traditional Moroccan dinner and breakfast. Very quiet at night and bed very comfortable"

"The hotel's owner is a film producer and the hotel is decorated accordingly with props and designs from various films. Very charming. The breakfast was lovely, not lavish but we were happy to linger and chat with some other guests. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spoke only in French so I can't say how good their English might be."
