"המלון מהמם,הבריכה גדולה ומפנקת,החדר מרווח,נקי ונח,מאוד אהבנו את העיצוב,המיקום מצויין,ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד. קבלת פנים מהממת , כיבדו אותנו בקוקטייל ואף אמרו לנו לפנות אליהם בכל בקשה,הצוות כולו מהמם ושירותי,צוות המלון,צוות חדר האוכל,השומרים בכניסה. כולם מדהימים. במיוחד באדר השומר שהיה ממש מדהים וכל הזמן קיבל אותנו בחום וחיוך והתעניין בנו. היה תענוג אמיתי במהלך כל השהות."

"מלון עם רמת שרות מצויינת,צוות מקסים ואדיב ארוחת בוקר קלילה אך מספקת,ניקיון ברמה צוות הקבלה אישר עזיבה מאוחרת בעלות סבירה לחלוטין. לטיף (או אחמדלטיף) לא זוכרת את השם במדוייק היה מקסים ביותר ונעים🤗מלון בוטיק קטן במיקום מעולה ותחבורה זמינה.....הייתי מספר פעמים במרקש וזו הייתה בחירה מעולה🙏"

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location was absolutely perfect very central and extremely safe, with police presence right outside at all times. It is situated on a main road, which made everything very convenient. The service was truly outstanding. During our stay, we experienced a medical issue, and the hotel immediately called a doctor for us in the middle of the night. The entire staff was informed and constantly checked on us to see how we were doing. They even brought us fruit to our room. The care and attention we received from everyone were exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, with very nice rooms, a great breakfast, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"Lovely hotel. Very nice room. Excellent breakfast and used the restaurant twice in the evening and the food was superb. 10 minute walk into the old town. Staff friendly and welcoming. Used the gym which was good. Would recommend."

"Pool was very cold as the sun doesn't heat it as nearby buildings shield the view. Some building work next door and you can hear some noise in the day. To be fair, it doesn't start until 9.30am and finishes around 5pm. Didn't affect the holiday too much."

"There were a few initial hiccups with the room (maintenance and standards) but the staff were all very attentive when I pointed these out and resolved the issues by moving us to a better room. It was unfortunate that the 2nd room they moved us to also had problems (Shower not working and some lights not working) but they moved us again and the 3rd room was fine. The staff members who helped make our stay so much better were Mouna and Ali on reception and Mohammed and Muina on concierge. Jaafar in the restaurant was also great at Breakfast."

"Issues with maintenance and up keep need to be addressed. This hotel is described as 'High luxury' on Booking.com but this was not reflective in the maintenance of the rooms. However, Hakima did help in making the rest of our stay as comfortable as possible by upgrading us after the issues with the room."
