"When collecting my belongings from the front desk, staff didn't know which belongings belonged to me and accidentally gave me another person belongings. I had to return back to the hotel and return that persons belongings."

"Amazing location, at the entrance of the Medina, so it is easily reachable by taxi but also away from the craziness (in a good way). Nice and friendly staff, helpful and accommodating (especially the lady at the front desk whose name I didn’t get but thank you). The first room that I was given had issues with heating, and I asked if someone could look into it but they immediately offered to give me another room."

"I ate breakfast and dinner there quite often, and the food was excellent on every occasion. The location is right beside the medina. They have tables outside at street level so you can watch the (amazing) world of Fez go by over breakfast."

"Cine House Fes is a fantastic place to stay — full of charm, with creative decor and a great location for the Medina. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight: delicious food and a cozy vibe. The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome."

"The only downside was the shower in our room, which leaked and left water across the bathroom floor — hopefully something they’ll fix soon. Despite that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!"
