"Charming old house on the lake shore. Big comfy room with private bathroom. Dated furniture but cute."

"A nice house near the lake, just a short walk from the old town. The owner is really helpful and gives a lot of information. You can also meet a lot of cats near the hotel. You can have a breakfast outside with a view of the lake and the old town in the distance."

"Very prompt lady who is going great job in such a cute place. Amazing garden, with beautiful view on the old town and BBq stop. We were luck to be there in summer, when cucumbers are ready, plums and gooseberries. House was it atmosphere. Talsi itself, good stop to travel different directions in Kurzeme. I recommend."
"I recommend, but not with dog, don’t know why I have to pay for every night my little dog stayed with us. Eight bucks a night, it may be too much if you are staying for a week or more. That was a surprise for me. May be it can be discussed in advance and get a good offer. Dunno"

"Die Dame sprach sehr gut deutsch und war ausgesprochen nett und lustig. Sie hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, uns alles genaustens zu erklären. Parkplatz war direkt vorm Haus, großes geräumiges Zimmer, alles da, was man braucht. Selbstverpflegung leicht gemacht, da sämtliche benötigte Ausstattung zur Verfügung stand."
