"המלון מצויין.החדר פשוט ענק לזוג + ילד. ממש נקי,שקט.בחדר חיה חם למרות שבחוץ מזג האוויר היה 12°- .יש חניה בתשלום. לנמל התעופה אפשר להגיע ברגל. במידה וטיסה בלילה או לפנות בוקר האפשרות הזו לא משש נוחה,כי צריך ללכת ברגל לבד משהו 10-15 דקות,וחלק מהדרך הוא ללא תאורה כלשהי אחורי האיזור התפעולי של מרכז הקניות ענק.האפשרות השניה - להזמין מונית ב 3.20€. המונית מגיעה תוך 5-7 דקות . מונית למרכז העיר הוותיקה עולה 6.50€ ( רבע שעה ) בשעות העומס. סה"כ המלון מומלץ."

"Beds are very soft, you can feel the springs poking through. City tax is EUR 2 per person per night. We didn't check sauna and other amenities. Under "Your Room, Facilities" in our room I should find: "Game console – PS2, DVDs, or music for children, Air purifiers, DVD player, Video games, Video" Non of it is true! You could call it misleading. Owners should provide honest description of the rooms and facilities."

The Google maps is misleading with a walking path suggestion from the hotel to the Vilnius Airport, It showed me a 75 minutes walking from the hotel to the airport, so I decided by myself how to walk and it was fine. I walked at 3 o'clock at night to the airport and it took me 15 minutes. 2. Arrival to the hotel- somewhat difficult with a public transport 3. City tax - sorry I didn't have any cash. 4. Drinks/snacks machines received cash and not card"

"The room was clean and cozy, with everything needed for a one-night stay: towels, soap, shampoo, a kettle, tea, and glasses. Hot water was available without any issues, and the shower cabin was quite spacious and comfortable. There is also a microwave in the corridor, along with sugar, tea, and disposable spoons and forks. A coffee vending machine is available nearby for an extra fee."

"Check-in was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but when I arrived, I was not able to enter for about 20 minutes. I was told they needed to verify some payment-related documents, and during this time I had to wait outside the door. There was no staff on site, as the check-in process is fully remote. Also, the bedside lamp next to one of the beds was not working."
