"Pinky, the owner, is a lovely, eccentric person who was always available to help and chat. The property itself is huge, with a wonderful pool and garden. The breakfast was lovely with freshly made eggs. The free bikes are great to get into town on, as it is a fair walk. The room itself was nice if a little dated already (which is interesting considering it seems to be a new-ish property). Go to Ock Pop Tok, it’s a short walk away and amazing!"
"The price quoted for laundry was very expensive - we took ours into town instead for well under half the price. Rooms could be a bit brighter and the bathroom seemed a tad unfinished. Though none of this detracted from our stay and we had a lovely time - would thoroughly recommend."

"Incredibile staff willing to help with anything and anytime, delicious breakfast and a very carrying owner. Good allocation with transfer to the city provided by the hotel if you prefer bikes you also won’t be disappointed. Loved the stay!"

"The hotel was good If I returned I would book a pool side room as it’s nice to have a balcony The breakfast room was lovely and welcoming The breakfast was good and chef happy to prepare lovely eggs There was a hotel pick up and drop off service into town It was a little to far to walk The pool was amazing and very clean Pinkie and her mum was helpful Pinkie helped us when we were stuck with our train tickets Which was amazing help"

"Pinkie and her mum were excellent hosts. We were warmly welcomed and treated like family. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and everything seemed to work well. We initially chose the Vangsavath for the swimming pool and it was definitely the ‘jewel in the crown’. The water was free of chlorine and it was kept super clean. It’s an easy walk into town, you literally come out of the hotel, turn right and follow the road. Pinkie also offers a free shuttle into town which works really well for the night market (great place to eat). We took a tuk tuk on one occasion and paid 50,000 which is about £1.50 so that’s another option if you don’t want to walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again should we find ourselves in Luang Prabang."
