"Nicely renovated and so much space. We were 6, but this place could accommodate 10 easily. It has 2 kitchens (one on each floor) and 2 full baths."

"Our stay in Tamba-Sasayama was absolutely magical. The house itself was a masterpiece — traditional on the outside, yet elegant and modern inside. The highlight was definitely the bathroom: a stone bath that felt like a private spa carved into the heart of Japan. Sitting in warm water surrounded by smooth stone after exploring the old town was simply unforgettable. Tamba-Sasayama itself is an incredible hidden gem — full of beautifully preserved old houses, narrow streets, and deep history. Visiting the castle and the former Samurai residence gave us a real sense of Japan’s past. The whole town has a quiet, timeless atmosphere that makes you feel completely at peace. It was the perfect combination of culture, comfort, and authenticity. We would come back in a heartbeat."

"This property was cleaned to such a high standard, which made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you need and the living room sofa was incredibly comfortable. There’s also a large dining table in the middle of the room, which was perfect for just casually sitting around and talking. I also quite liked how TOCORO checked in to make sure that things were well and for recommending nearby facilities etc. This was easily a 10/10 stay."
