"The staff was amazing specially Mr. Abed and Mr. Abu Khalid. The room was too clean and comfortable."

"When I call to do check in the guy he answered my phone call. His name is AMER. He’s not good in speaking. You think he need to shout you or if you ask more than 1 question. I’m not preferring to talk like this kind of people. It’s called reservation man. That’s mean you have to be nice and great."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, and close proximity to Petra. Ammar is a truly kind and helpful person. He contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything was ready, which we really appreciated. He recommended the best route for visiting Petra, and nice restaurant which turned out to be the best meal we had in Jordan. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive. My friend and I stayed at Anbat Midtown Hotel during a difficult time due to the war, yet they continued to provide excellent hospitality and made sure we felt safe and well cared for. During such an uncertain period, Ammar and his team truly made us feel at home , just as he had promised."
