"For us Residenza Goldoni was all about the location and for that alone we give it a 10/10. Although our room was small it had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Nessa provided us with a friendly, first class service. As we were arriving on a early morning flight she very kindly prioritised our room so we were able to check in early and she stored our suitcase for us when we checked out as we were catching a late flight home. The hotel was perfectly located, clean, comfortable and authentically Venetian. Thank you for looking after us so well Nessa."

"There's no elevator which is normal in Venice. If you have any issues going up the stairs (they are pretty steep), I would recommend asking for a room on a lower floor. Also if you have a room on 2nd floor it can get a bit noisy as this is where the kitchen is located/breakfast is taking place."

"Residenza Goldoni is a lovely small hotel in the heart of Venice. It is great value for money. Like many of the older hotels there is no lift so make sure you read the details. Ness at reception was lovely and we had access to our room when we arrived a bit early...suggestions for good local food she .kept our bags on our last day till late afternoon."
