"ראשית מומלץ לציין בעת ההזמנה שחדר אקונומי הוא בעייתי ואינו נגיש לנכים. שנית לא היה מזיק אם פקידת הקבלה כשראתה את בעלי הייתה מציינת שהחדר בעייתי מבחינת נגישות, היא ראתה שבעלי נכנה ויכלה לחסוך ממנו את ההליכה בתוך שביל החצץ והאבנים, גם אפשר היה להתחשב במצבו של בעלי ולשנות את החדר מבלי לדרוש תשלום נוסף."

"Very professional and friendly staff. Young, nice and competent. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. I did not have a view of the sea, but it doesn't really matter because there is plenty of common space outside. Breakfast buffet is very good. Dinner is really exceptional, it was one of the best meals we had in Iceland. Small menu, but excellent quality and huge portions. The location is very as a base to visit Western Iceland. Hotel is just above the sea, with great views from the dining room and terrace (when weather allows it...)."
