"Excellent Hotel and very courteous staff. Very punctual to service and entire team understand guest needs. The hotel provides central room heating and this made us feel comfortable during our visit in extreme cold weather. All hotels should provide this as well. Our was 11th hour booking and the hotel handled very meticulously. Best location to visit old Varanasi and new Varanasi. Ease of getting transportation to move around Varanasi. Hotel made our visit very easy. On food side, it's home and comfort food with great taste. It is economical and great for people travelling to Kashi Vishwanath. The best is 24 hours check -in check-out. All hotels should follow this concept as it really helps guests. I sincerely thank the Hotel owner and entire staff for making our visit and stay memorable!!"

"Es ist ein sicheres Hotel. Und sauber ist es ebenfalls. Das Personal ist freundlich. Check-In hat bestens geklappt. Extended Stay war auch möglich. Um in der Nähe des Ganges unterwegs zu sein, ist es ein optimaler Standort."

"The overall customer service is excellent but the front desk and restaurant was consistently on top of their service delivery. The breakfast was good and given enough to choose from, at least some options was there for non-Indians. The overall hotel cleanliness is moderate given it is undergoing construction."

"The cleanliness has a room for improvement specifically with in the room. Also, the room do not come with hair drier, but arranged one upon request. However, shouldn't call and wake up very early morning for this!"
