"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

"Arjuna Bungalows is a very beautiful small resort on a cliff. Guest have a lot of privacy. we loved the pool with the ocean views, and sitting on our private terrace all day, relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves. The staff is super good, very friendly and caring."

"Absolutely perfect. Magnificent address: on top of a cliff, with a nice swimming pool. We had the chance to have a room with a view on the sea and on the pool. The staff is helpful (they found us a good driver for a fair price to visit the surroundings). Cheap but sufficient breakfast."

"We stayed in the cliffhouse and our terrace was supplied with a day bed/table and chairs plus a big hammock.The views down the coast were amazing from both room and terrace.Breakfast of pancakes(a big stack)or omellette/boiled/scrambled or poached eggs,toast,fruit and coffee.We ate there every night for $10 each and the food was always excellent.Our week was so lovely and we will be back again for our 3rd visit.Thanks everyone for looking after us so welll.We loved staying with you."

"Die Anlage ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einer herrlichen Veranda und Blick über die Küste. Stundenlang konnten wir die Meeresbrandung beobachten und die Brandungsgeräusche und den Ausblick genießen. Die kurze Anfahrt zu den Tempeln und zur Reisfeldwanderung war angenehm."

"Zimmerreinigung muss angefordert werden. Die Beschreibung Strandhotel ist im Prinzip richtig. Jedoch besteht der Strand aus großen Wackersteinen. Schwimmen war viel zu gefährlich. Es gibt keinen 24h Sicherheitsdienst wie in der Beschreibung steht. Uns wurde ein Nachtcheck-In bestätigt und einige Stunden vorher (zur regulären Check-In Zeit) wieder abgesagt. Das war sehr traurig, vor allem weil es keine Entschuldigung gab. Das Personal ist uns auch aus dem Weg gegangen. Der Service passt nicht zu dieser liebevollen Anlage."
