There were two complaints with the staff, one being that they did not set the table for us on the last breakfast (due to low staff members on that morning) and the other for an unpleasant waiter who told me off (or felt like it anyways) for not tipping her."

"The otherwise superb hotel boasts luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and stunning views. However, the wellness facility leaves much to be desired. The pools are a bit outdated and in need of modernization and the pool area lacks sufficient seating for guests. With a few improvements to the wellness facility, this hotel could truly be a top-notch destination for relaxation and rejuvenation."

"The dinner was buffet but it didn't include any drinks, not even water , which was weird. For this price it should include at least water or lemonade (which was served at the breakfast). Air conditioner would be nice in the rooms as it was pretty warm at night."
