"the hotel staff tried to keep the 50 euro deposit because the room tag came off the key, when they themselves said the tags are old and break easily. they allowed us to pay 15 euros in the end for it but if the tags are old then why should customers pay for it, and why don’t they maintain their facilities better? their facilities could be in better condition."

"Got a free upgrade to a 4 bed shared room with private bathroom instead of the large dorm room i booked which was a bonus! Beds were comfy, great location, private bathroom was good, staff were nice and wifi worked well."
"Didn’t have a proper ladder to the top bunk which made it difficult to get to bed, some people could find this quite difficult. Power plug next to my bed didn’t work but luckily there was plenty to use in the room."
