"אהבנו את השירות החם והקשוב, את הנוחות והאווירה הביתית, ואת המיקום המושלם עם נוף מדהים, את השקט והרוגע, ואת כל החוויות והפעילויות שהמקום מציע אוטובוס בפתח המלון לכל מקום בעיר כי אי אפשר להזיז את הרכב מול המלון יש חניות בחינם אין צורך לשלם למלון על חניה , אפשר גם במעלה הרחוב אל תרוצו לשלם למלון חניה , צוות מדהים למלון שמסביר היכן כל דבר ונותנים המלצות טובות"

"מלון מצויין במיקום טוב. מול הים. יש בריכה חיצונית שפתוחה בעונה. ובריכה מחוממת שפתוחה כל השנה. ארוחת בוקר טובה שיש בה את כל מה שצריך. יש אוטובוס ממש מתחת למלון שמגיע לעיר העתיקה. ממליץ לקחת את החדרים עם הנוף לים.... זה פשוט שווה את זה. באזור המלון יש טיילת עם מסעדות. ממליץ בחום!"

"Hotel Uvala was everything we hoped for and more. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The indoor heated pool was an added bonus. Bus stop was literally outside the door and ran every 20 mine in Dubrovnik, a 15min journey. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"Beds were worn with a dip in the middle ,not comfortable for sleep . Next door had renovations on going and looks like it will be for several more months . Awake at 7 30 am with the noise from trades"

"The property was very nice. The rooms were tidy and were cleaned every day. The Spa and pool were very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast options too. The location is good, just being 10mins drive from the old town, and there is a bus that stops just outside the hotel."

"We were completely satisfied with our stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious and of great quality. The wellness area was also very pleasant and relaxing."

"All of the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was huge with the inclusion of a sitting room. There was a kettle and fridge with a selection of tea and coffee. Bathroom had everything we needed. We were on half board and both breakfast and evening meal buffets had good quality food and plenty of choices. Although we didn't use them, the hotel has a lovely pool and wellbeing centre. Location was by Lapland Bay with a bus stop for the number 4 bus on its doorstep - this would take you to the Old Town, a very regular service. We obtained a 3 day Dubrovnik Pass which also includes unlimited travel on the buses, we felt that this was a worthwhile option, considering the location."

"Conveniently located hotel, bus stop literally at the hotel, takes you to the old town in ten minutes. Rich breakfast with a variety of choices"

"In general the hotel and wellness amenities need a refresh. Coffee for breakfast doesn't taste well, I recommend that you install a proper coffee machine which uses freshly ground coffee."
