I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. "The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Very good breakfast, great location, and very friendly staff. The interior is modern, and the amenities of the hotel are very good."

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.
