מיקום של המלון. ארוחת בוקר מצומצמת של 8 מנות בלבד וגם המחיר שלהן די יקר.

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

"During our stay, my wife fell ill. Diagnosed with severe malaria, she was transferred from the over-worked Moroni public hospital to a private clinic (at the hotel’s initiative). Over the next week, the Retaj’s staff treated us both as family and could not have been more helpful."

"Beautiful small resort, felt like a private home. The manager and staff were excellent. Food cooked at the resort was exquisite. Service provided was of high quality. Great help with booking boat excursions."

Lovely property but needs a little refurbishing. More for the Island’s government to consider: The Island could have better (and cleaner) walking paths between all the resorts, beaches and the Village.

"ארוחת בוקר סבירה וברמה של אפשרויות ואוכל מגוון , החדרניות והקבלה היו אדיבות ונענו לכל בקשה. רמת מתקנים מעולה.(בריכה וחדר כושר) המלון קרוב לתחנת המטרו וקו המטרו M2 המגיע לקניון פרדייס במרחק של עצירה אחת ואילו למרכז העיר (סרדיקה) במרחק 3 עצירות. התנהלנו רק במטרו גם מהשדה תעופה וגם לכל מקום בעיר . (התחבורה הציבורית מעולה בכרטיס יומי בעלות 4.8 לבה (2.5 יורו) הופתענו לטובה גם מהמחיר הלינה הזול ביותר ל 5 כוכבים שבמלונות אחרים המחירים היו פי 3."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.
