"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"We loves the hotel in general. The rooms were well equipped, the food was super delicious, the portions were great. The staff was helpful and extraordinarily kind to small children."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

"ארוחת בוקר סבירה וברמה של אפשרויות ואוכל מגוון , החדרניות והקבלה היו אדיבות ונענו לכל בקשה. רמת מתקנים מעולה.(בריכה וחדר כושר) המלון קרוב לתחנת המטרו וקו המטרו M2 המגיע לקניון פרדייס במרחק של עצירה אחת ואילו למרכז העיר (סרדיקה) במרחק 3 עצירות. התנהלנו רק במטרו גם מהשדה תעופה וגם לכל מקום בעיר . (התחבורה הציבורית מעולה בכרטיס יומי בעלות 4.8 לבה (2.5 יורו) הופתענו לטובה גם מהמחיר הלינה הזול ביותר ל 5 כוכבים שבמלונות אחרים המחירים היו פי 3."

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

The fact I did not have remote for the gate to open the gate, had to rely on a car horn.

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"Fantastic place for Family. Oasis of calm and peace and beautiful places reachable by bike foot or car. Great hosts. Big surroundings and a lot of area. Mushroom picking, fishing, wonderful lakes nearby. Great value for money for sure. Recommend"
