"היינו שבוע שלם לא הזמנו ארוחת בוקר היתה ערכת קפה והיה סבן אילבן צמוד למלון וזה סידר הכל. החדר מאובזר אף שיפרו לנו חדר עם נוף לבריכה ללא תשלום. מלון עם בריכה וחדר כושר נגישים 24/7 . קירבה למטרו איזור מרכזי מאד וקרוב לתחנות חשובות כמו מרינה ביי ציינה טאון לאי סנטוסה וקלארק . מחיר הוגן"

המים בבריכה היו ממש קרים

"אהבנו את המיקום, שטחי המלון, החוף, והצוות. ללא ספק בזכות עובדי המלון השהות הייתה מעולה יותר. ג'ון, ג'וש, מריאנה, ובכלל כולם היו כל כך מסבירי פנים ונחמדים! הציוד לספורט הימי ללא עלות וזה מאוד שידרג את החוויה. לאורחי המלון גם הוצעו מספר פעילויות שונות וזה היה ממש נחמד ותרם לחוויה המהנה. המיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד והנוף מהמרפסת היה יפייפה."

שיפוץ קל במקלחת כדי להפוך את השהות לטובה יותר. התאורה בחדרים לא מספיק טובה.

"Room size, easy checkout and checkin, polite staff, and the different restaurants they have."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"The staff were amazing! They could not do enough. They were so helpful and made our stay one of the most memorable in 15 years of travel. If you are visiting Petra you need to stay here! The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast sets you up for a great day of hiking around Petra."

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.
