"מלון רוס נמצא במרכז העיר קייב, במרחק הליכה מהרחוב הראשי , מבית הכנסת המרכזי ומקניון "גוליבר" הענקי. יש בו את כל המתקנים , כספומט , שירותי כביסה , מסעדה , בר . מה שתרצו תמצאו שם. הוא בסיס אידיאלי לאנשי עסקים ולתיירים שמעדיפים לבלות בהליכה ברחובות הומים וראשיים. מצד שני , יש חניה פרטית , מגודרת , יש אנשי אבטחה , מחסום בכניסה. ארוחות הבוקר , גדולות , עשירות עם הרבה מבחר. בקיצור זה מלון , גדול , נעים , נוח שיש בו כל שתצטרכו"

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"Breakfast was a la carte - co no bufet and you had to wait a very long time for breakfast. Big room with nice balcony and sofa. Bathroom was combined with a room. I would prefer separate and toilet was separately place next to wardrobe. The restaurant at the hotel was very good - I think the best on the island but bery pricy. Beach in front of hotel was nice but jet skis were extremely annoying - just get rid of them. Beaches on the island are wonderful."

No gym at the hotel. We had to buy a membership at a local gym - Bel air. No pool or spa at the hotel. The neighborhood was not very nice. Only very close to the hotel eas ok and the rest of the city is ruined. Overall entire island is quite poor - no motorways, no tunnels. No sidewalks, most of the houses are old ruined not nice. On the French side - you have resorts destroyed by a hurricane - not rebuilt or cleared. Jus a pile of rubble.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

החימום בחדר לא עבד טוב והיו בעיות בהתחלה עם המים החמים.

"ארוחת בוקר סבירה וברמה של אפשרויות ואוכל מגוון , החדרניות והקבלה היו אדיבות ונענו לכל בקשה. רמת מתקנים מעולה.(בריכה וחדר כושר) המלון קרוב לתחנת המטרו וקו המטרו M2 המגיע לקניון פרדייס במרחק של עצירה אחת ואילו למרכז העיר (סרדיקה) במרחק 3 עצירות. התנהלנו רק במטרו גם מהשדה תעופה וגם לכל מקום בעיר . (התחבורה הציבורית מעולה בכרטיס יומי בעלות 4.8 לבה (2.5 יורו) הופתענו לטובה גם מהמחיר הלינה הזול ביותר ל 5 כוכבים שבמלונות אחרים המחירים היו פי 3."

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"מלון ברמה גבוהה, מיקום יפה מאוד על יד הרים. חדרים גדולים, כל יום ניקיון. צוות מקצועי מאוד נדיב. ארוחת בוקר טובה, הכל טעים, מסעדה ובר גם ברמה גבוהה."

מחיר יקר יחסית לעונה. מיזוג אוויר היה מסובך מדי כספת נפתחת עם כרטיס של חדר, לא בטיחותי וגם לא נוח עם כרטיס אחד להשתמש.

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"
