"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

המים בבריכה היו ממש קרים

"Breakfast was a la carte - co no bufet and you had to wait a very long time for breakfast. Big room with nice balcony and sofa. Bathroom was combined with a room. I would prefer separate and toilet was separately place next to wardrobe. The restaurant at the hotel was very good - I think the best on the island but bery pricy. Beach in front of hotel was nice but jet skis were extremely annoying - just get rid of them. Beaches on the island are wonderful."

No gym at the hotel. We had to buy a membership at a local gym - Bel air. No pool or spa at the hotel. The neighborhood was not very nice. Only very close to the hotel eas ok and the rest of the city is ruined. Overall entire island is quite poor - no motorways, no tunnels. No sidewalks, most of the houses are old ruined not nice. On the French side - you have resorts destroyed by a hurricane - not rebuilt or cleared. Jus a pile of rubble.

(התחבורה הציבורית מעולה בכרטיס יומי בעלות 4.8 לבה (2.5 יורו) הופתענו לטובה גם מהמחיר הלינה הזול ביותר ל 5 כוכבים שבמלונות אחרים המחירים היו פי 3."
