The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"אהבנו את המיקום, שטחי המלון, החוף, והצוות. ללא ספק בזכות עובדי המלון השהות הייתה מעולה יותר. ג'ון, ג'וש, מריאנה, ובכלל כולם היו כל כך מסבירי פנים ונחמדים! הציוד לספורט הימי ללא עלות וזה מאוד שידרג את החוויה. לאורחי המלון גם הוצעו מספר פעילויות שונות וזה היה ממש נחמד ותרם לחוויה המהנה. המיטה הייתה נוחה מאוד והנוף מהמרפסת היה יפייפה."

שיפוץ קל במקלחת כדי להפוך את השהות לטובה יותר. התאורה בחדרים לא מספיק טובה.

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"ארוחת בוקר סבירה וברמה של אפשרויות ואוכל מגוון , החדרניות והקבלה היו אדיבות ונענו לכל בקשה. רמת מתקנים מעולה.(בריכה וחדר כושר) המלון קרוב לתחנת המטרו וקו המטרו M2 המגיע לקניון פרדייס במרחק של עצירה אחת ואילו למרכז העיר (סרדיקה) במרחק 3 עצירות. התנהלנו רק במטרו גם מהשדה תעופה וגם לכל מקום בעיר . (התחבורה הציבורית מעולה בכרטיס יומי בעלות 4.8 לבה (2.5 יורו) הופתענו לטובה גם מהמחיר הלינה הזול ביותר ל 5 כוכבים שבמלונות אחרים המחירים היו פי 3."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

מחיר יקר יחסית לעונה. מיזוג אוויר היה מסובך מדי כספת נפתחת עם כרטיס של חדר, לא בטיחותי וגם לא נוח עם כרטיס אחד להשתמש.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)
