this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats

"מלון רוס נמצא במרכז העיר קייב, במרחק הליכה מהרחוב הראשי , מבית הכנסת המרכזי ומקניון "גוליבר" הענקי. יש בו את כל המתקנים , כספומט , שירותי כביסה , מסעדה , בר . מה שתרצו תמצאו שם. הוא בסיס אידיאלי לאנשי עסקים ולתיירים שמעדיפים לבלות בהליכה ברחובות הומים וראשיים. מצד שני , יש חניה פרטית , מגודרת , יש אנשי אבטחה , מחסום בכניסה. ארוחות הבוקר , גדולות , עשירות עם הרבה מבחר. בקיצור זה מלון , גדול , נעים , נוח שיש בו כל שתצטרכו"

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy.
