"Location is great, and rooms are nice and bed is good. Only the bathroom was old fashioned in the old rooms."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

The pillow is square, large and uncomfortable. I got a pain in the neck because of it. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was so bad it was undrinkable.

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

I would prefer separate and toilet was separately place next to wardrobe. The restaurant at the hotel was very good - I think the best on the island but bery pricy. Beach in front of hotel was nice but jet skis were extremely annoying - just get rid of them. Beaches on the island are wonderful."

No gym at the hotel. We had to buy a membership at a local gym - Bel air. No pool or spa at the hotel. The neighborhood was not very nice. Only very close to the hotel eas ok and the rest of the city is ruined. Overall entire island is quite poor - no motorways, no tunnels. No sidewalks, most of the houses are old ruined not nice. On the French side - you have resorts destroyed by a hurricane - not rebuilt or cleared. Jus a pile of rubble.

מחיר יקר יחסית לעונה. מיזוג אוויר היה מסובך מדי כספת נפתחת עם כרטיס של חדר, לא בטיחותי וגם לא נוח עם כרטיס אחד להשתמש.
