"Breakfast was a la carte - co no bufet and you had to wait a very long time for breakfast. Big room with nice balcony and sofa. Bathroom was combined with a room. I would prefer separate and toilet was separately place next to wardrobe. The restaurant at the hotel was very good - I think the best on the island but bery pricy. Beach in front of hotel was nice but jet skis were extremely annoying - just get rid of them. Beaches on the island are wonderful."

No gym at the hotel. We had to buy a membership at a local gym - Bel air. No pool or spa at the hotel. The neighborhood was not very nice. Only very close to the hotel eas ok and the rest of the city is ruined. Overall entire island is quite poor - no motorways, no tunnels. No sidewalks, most of the houses are old ruined not nice. On the French side - you have resorts destroyed by a hurricane - not rebuilt or cleared. Jus a pile of rubble.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"מלון British House הוא פנינה אמיתית בטביליסי! נהניתי מאוד מהשהייה שלי כאן. המיקום: המלון ממוקם בשכונת ורה השקטה והיפה, קרוב מאוד למרכז העיר אבל רחוק מהרעש. האוכל: ארוחת הבוקר הייתה פשוט מצוינת – טעימה, מגוונת ומשביעה מאוד. השירות: הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל, אדיב ומקצועי. הרגשתי בבית מהרגע הראשון. מומלץ בחום לכל מי שמבקר בטביליסי!"

"Hotel upgraded my room, they gave me a delux room instead of standard room. We've got dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. It was excellent!"

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.
