Some noise from other guests at night did affect the stay a little. Still, overall a pleasant experience...

The location is on 28 minute drive from Masjid e Nabawi. Taxi would be costly.

When arrive, bed sheets were used. We needed to change them ourselves. No cleaning servise. The mainhouse kitchen was only allowed for small cooking like eggs. If wanted to cook food, needed to go outside kitchen. There was no fan or pots, all needed to take there from main kitchen. Very unconvinient and hot to cook there. We were accused from staff and other customer stealing her mobile. Phone was found in her room where she had put it under her blanket. That really upset us. Owners were nice thou and apologize us.

We were just abit surprised in the beginning that it was a shared house....so maybe just a clearer description online

Room is small for 4 persons despite the 2 queen beds, might be more suitable for 2 persons. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours move out and the vehicles that pass by the side road.

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. The PNGFE made my stay very comfortable and made me experience local life and the raw nature of PNG!!"

If you are a light sleeper, you might find the noise from the road (10m away) and the railway behind it excessive, as well as noise from the next door neighbours with small kids, etc.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. "Chez Fabien on n'a pas l'impression d'être des locataires, mais des amis accueillis à bas ouverts. Fabien veille à tout, à la propreté, au bien être. Il conseille sur les promenades à faire, sur les choses à faire et à voir."

Tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous devons repartir en Guyane nous savons où aller.

"Hosts were super friendly, very helpful and kind. Silvio gave me a ride back to airport when I arrived and needed to pick up my partner (we traveled separately there). The house and the room were nice and clean, huge fridge and well equipped kitchen for the guests to use. Netflix with guest account in the room was a nice extra. Big terrace with sunbeds. The location itself was lovely, locals were friendly and helpful as well. Airport is very close, 40 mins walk or 6 mins with the car."

I know it's not the hosts fault, because there was an issue with the pool due the construction works in the neighborhood the time we're staying there and we couldn't use it. Would have been nice, because the pool itself is pretty big.
