"From the moment we arrived, we felt so looked after at the Ionian Emerald Resort. The staff are honestly what makes this place so special – the lovely ladies at the pool bar always greeted us with the biggest smiles and made us feel at home, and our cleaner was incredible, keeping our room spotless every single day. Everyone went out of their way to help us, nothing was ever too much trouble. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking – we’d wake up every morning and couldn’t quite believe how beautiful it was. The pool was just perfect for kids, safe and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet each morning was such a treat with plenty of choice."

"Very nice hotel, great pool, everything you needed for a relaxing family holiday. The spa was a great addition to be taken advantage of, food great, lots to explore within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and really made the stay all that much more enjoyable."
"The only issues I encountered were with our room. The jets in the private pool didn’t work, the jets in the bath didn’t work, the table on the patio had no top. When we raised this they did make calls but it wasn’t fixed before we left, and no compensation was offered. Everything else about our stay was so great I didn’t feel I wanted to pursue it."

"Location. - right on the beach. Easy 20 minute walk to the restaurants of Sami . Room was great , staff were so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was a delight. Very relaxed and not too busy which was what we wanted !"
