"The location is magnificent - on the edge of Nuuk with a lovely walk into town along a boardwalk overlooking the fjord, ending at the colonial harbour. It was wonderful watching the sunset from the terrace."

"I did not see the owners at all for my entire visit! I had no idea how to contact them for help with my luggage, or how to call for a taxi. Fortunately, the very kind and friendly cleaner helped me."

"Practically everything was superb. The accommodation is very spacious. Bathrooms are big and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need. Washer & dryer too. Views from the windows overlooking the sea with icebergs and lots of birds to watch. Great to see beautiful sunset and aurora too. 3 nights is just not enough."

"Not a negative point but place is quite a distance to walk to town, if the weather gets too windy. A bit of inconvenience to get a taxi outside as its not on the main taxi routes. My disadvantage was I didn't have a sim card to make local calls, relying only on wifi."

"What a wonderful place! Nice and close to airport. It's a hostel, but really there are 2 separate rooms with 2 beds in a cabin (at least that was how my cabin was. There is a shower toilet room, and a kitchen and seating area with a spectacular view. There is a bar and restaurant on site and they sometimes have bands playing on an evening. It is perhaps a 30 minute walk into Nuuk or you can get the bus which is pretty frequent about a 5 min walk away."

"Being able to check in when our boat arrived shortly after 8 am and also check out after 1 when our boat was due to leave was huge, especially since there was no extra charge. The owner also kindly arranged a taxi at the requested time. Our room was very large with a separate living area that included a desk. We had lovely views of the town from three large windows. There was a shared kitchen that we ended up having to ourselves because there was no one else there. There were huge numbers of dishes silverware, lots of spices, and an adequate number of pots."
