"המקום הזה קסום ממש, בניין יפיפיה ממש, אם כי ישן מאוד ובאזורים מסוימים קצת מתפורר, אבל צריך להבין שזה סוד הקסם ולבוא בתיאום ציפיות. הבריכה מקסימה ויש אזור רק לילדים עם מגלשות חמודות, יש בר חמוד ליד הבריכה שאפשר להזמין שם אוכל. הניקיון במקום טוב, נכנסו לנקות את החדר בימים שהיינו שם."

"ארוחת הבוקר הייתה כביכול מאוד גדולה אבל האוכל היה פחות לטעמנו, היה נחמד שהכינו חביתה טריה בבוקר. הזרם במקלחת טעון שיפור, יש בו מים חמים לכמה שניות ואח״כ זה פשוט פושר. בעיקרון הם רושמים שזה ספא ריזורט אבל רוב הטיפולים שם הם עם מכשירים אלקטרוניים ופחות מסאג׳ וזה מבאס."

"מלון במבנה היסטורי מרשים. מי שמכיר את ההיסטוריה של המקום יבין את הסיפור. עם זאת מדובר במבנה מאוד ישן והלינה בו מרגישה בהתאם. האווירה היתה חוויתית כאילו חזרנו לשנת 1940. יש בריכת ילדים ממש מגניבה והחדר אוכל באולם נשפים גדול. היה ממש מגניב"

"החדרים היו פחות נוחים, לא מאובזרים , ללא מקרר ולחא שידות. בחדר אחד לא היה מזגן אפילו אבל כן הגיע קירור מהחדר הסמוך בו היה מזגן."

"הקבלה היו נחמדים וגם בבריכה ובמסעדה, המלצרים היו מתוקים ואדיבים. הבריכה הייתה מחוממת וכיפית, נשארנו עד 23 בלילה ולא גרשו אותנו זו הייתה חוויה מיוחדת, גם הבר בתוך המים ומיטות השיזוף בתוך המים חוויה. המקום יפה ונעים, מרחבי טבע נעימים."

"בארוחת הבוקר כשהגענו בנגמרו הפנקייקים והילדים ממש רצו, ביקשנו ואמרו שאין, זה קצת ביאס. החדר בחי מקרר שזה גם היה קצת מבאס. החדרנית שניקתה לנו את החדר והחליפה רק 2 מגבות מלוכלכות במקום 4, והיינו 4, ביקשנו אחר כך שיביאו לנו עוד 2 מגבות נקיות והחדרנית בהביאו והייתה לא נעימה, כמו כעסה בפניה שנאלצה לעשות זאת. מצאנו ליפסטיק וחלקי לגו מתחת למיטה, מזה אומר על ניקיון החדר?"

"מלון מדהים. היה פעם בית הבראה סובייטי, שומר ושופץ והיום מלא בקסם. חקוח מהסרטים. מסביב פארק, מבנה מלא הדר. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ונדיבה, בריכה."

"Nice garden and excellent location for exploring Tskaltubo. It is very interesting to visit the non-renovated building."

"Tte game room is empty and the billiard room is very cold. The quality of the food on breakfast is low. There is no fresh bread for exampe. The beds are not comfortable, but they are authentic."

"A must-visit in Kutaisi. This place carries a unique atmosphere of imperial chic: a grand hotel that time has partly left behind, allowing nature to gently reclaim its space. You notice corners where greenery quietly takes back a centimeter of civilization, making the setting feel both poetic and alive. Yet the warmth and comfort remain: impressive high ceilings, solid wooden surfaces, and a cozy feeling in every room. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the warm Georgian hospitality that made us feel truly welcome."

"The hotel has vast beautiful grounds. Rooms are well kept with intentional resemblance to the Soviet Era. Breakfast was sumptuous. We had some trouble with our car during checkout. The hotel staff were most gracious in helping us out."

"Not taking away anything from the great experience we had, the hotel desk ties a plastic bracelet on your wrist which can't be removed till one checks out. Found it a little weird but maybe it's because the hotel spans over a vast area and they don't want outsiders to trespass in their property."

"Excellent stay in this renovated sanatorium. It has a wonderful soviet vibe and it’s amazing to compare the renovated part with the original one. The staff is helpful and upon request we could visit the concert hall and Stalin suite. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very big, well equipped and with a big and clean bathroom. Lovely outdoor pool."

"- The feeling of being in a sanatorium where my grandmother had stayed several times! And the chance to see some leftovers from 40 years ago - Filling meals (not fine dining really, just some staple Georgian food); an all-you-can-eat buffet for 35 GEL (lunch) or 40 GEL (dinner) is a good deal for those who eat a lot, but maybe not so much for those on a diet - Properly renovated bathrooms - 5 min walk from the Bathhouses #6 & #1 - Friendly staff, permitted us to stay for an hour longer past the check-out time for free"

"- Ridiculous shower without a door or a curtain; the towels on the hanger easily get wet. Why does a good modern bathroom come so often with functionality sacrificed for a stupid trend? - No fridge - Something flickered periodically with a white light in the corner of the ceiling at night; was it a smoke detector or a malfunctioning light bulb? - The atmosphere at the swimming pool, including the music, seemed to be completely out of sync with the overall feeling of the place. And the plastic Elvises on the ground floor of the dining hall just freak you out... - The fruits served for the meals were completely unripe, as if bought in a supermarket, — while nearby at the Tskaltubo market they could've been bought just as ripe as they should be"
