"מלון פשוט וטוב, חדרים בסיסיים היינו זוג פלוס 3 בחדר משפחה גדול ומרווח ועוד משפחה של ארבעה בחדר נוסף גם הוא גדול, ארוחת בוקר בסיסית מאוד, ענה על כל הצרכים שלנו, מיקום מעולה במרכז העיר קרוב לכל האטרקציות העירוניות במרחק הליכה, שירות מעולה על כל בקשה שלנו נעננו בשמחה, צוות נחמד ואדיב, הטיסה חזרה שלנו הייתה בעשר בלילה והנהלת המלון הסכימה לתת לנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר בשש בערב ללא תוספת תשלום לשני חדרים.. סה"כ מלון בסיסי אבל מושלם למי שבא לטייל בעיר ובאיזור ולא להיות רק בחדר.."

"We stayed some nights in the suite: really beautiful, spacious, clean, and with soundproof curtains. We had read reviews here complaining about street noise... well, the noise is barely audible once the soundproof curtains are pulled down, and we slept great. Very comfortable beds!!! The breakfast is good, not a lot of sweets, but we preferred it that way!! The staff was very helpful and always available. I recommend it, even for longer stays. The location is excellent and central."

"Great location. The sea, cafes, shops - everything is a few minutes walk away. The hotel staff is very responsive and helpful. On the day of arrival we had some minor problems, which were quickly resolved. The breakfast buffet is quite varied, everything is fresh and tasty. Everything in the room worked perfectly - no problems with the toilet, shower or sewage. The room had very good Wi-Fi with excellent internet speed."

"The only downside is that the hotel is located on one of the central streets, and if the windows are on the street side, it is quite noisy in the evenings."

"В целом достойный отель в центре Батуми. Завтрак шведский стол. Хороший завтрак для хорошей 4ки. Во время нашего посещения отеля туристический сезон практически закончился. Было много свободных мест в ресторане. В ванной комнате все принадлежности, фен. Одноразовые тапочки. Благодаря расположению, в номере не шумно."
