"Friendly staff, decent breakfast, awesome location. It is in the city centre close to every must-visit location. Clean room, tidy bedsheets. All in all, a very good option for its price!"

"Very central location and it was clean when we arrived. I believe it is good value for money."

"The room was next to the front door and there were people coming in and out at night and being loud."

"It was also the hotel with the best breakfast we've stayed in. The staff at check-in, while friendly, didn't even acknowledge us upon check-out. Perhaps because they work long hours...The bathroom is very good, the room is spacious, unfortunately the programs on the TV do not work."

"I had a wonderful stay at Crown Hotel Kutaisi. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained — a great space to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to the city center, grocery stores, bakeries, and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. It’s a perfect base for anyone visiting Kutaisi, whether for a short stop or a longer stay. Highly recommended for the warm hospitality, cleanliness, and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!"
