"המיקום מצוין! המקום היה נקי ומאובזר והמארחים חביבים ונעימים."

"היה מאד חם, היה מזגן אחד בחדר בלבד והוא היה אמור לקרר גם את הסלון. בפועל, מיזוג האויר לא עבד טוב והחלל המרכזי בדירה לא התקרר. היה חם ולא נעים"

"הדירה מעוצבת פשוט מהמם וממוקמת במרכז של העיר העתיקה במיקום מעולה. ממש בלב האיזור התיירותי של טביליסי, אבל ברחוב שקט ללא מכוניות. יש בדירה את כל מה שצריך כדי להרגיש בנוח - חדרים מרווחים, מטבחון שניתן לבשל בו, פינת אוכל, מקלחת מעוצבת יפהפה (עם ריצוף זוהר בחושך!!), כורסת ישיבה בסלון, פינת ישיבה מוצלת בחצר פנימית ומכונת כביסה שממוקמת בבניין ליד. לא פגשנו את הבעלים, אבל הם תקשורתיים מאד ועוזרים מייד. עבורנו הדירה הזו היתה סיום של טיול בן מספר שבועות בגאורגיה שהשאיר טעם של עוד. מאד נהנינו בדירה הזו ונשמח לחזור אליה בטיול הבא לגאורגיה 😊"

"יש מזגן רק בחדר השינה, שגם לא עובד טוב. בסלון אין מזגן בכלל, כך שבימים חמים הדירה חמה. מכונת הכביסה נמצאת בבניין נפרד וזה לא כל כך נוח. הדירה ממוקמת ברחוב סגור לרכבים. אמנם האורחים מקבלים שלט לשער שבכניסה לרחוב, אבל הרחוב מאד צר וקשה להסתובב בו עם הרכב וגם רוב הזמן אין חניה. בנוסף, יש עליה די תלולה מתחילת הרחוב עד הדירה, אבל זה לאו דווקא חיסרון - אפשר להסתכל על זה כפעילות גופנית 😉 למרות החסרונות שציינתי, הדירה מעוצבת כל כך יפה וממוקמת באיזור מצויין, אז החלטתי לא להוריד ניקוד."

"המיקום של המלון מאוד טוב, על הגן הבוטני. המון מקומות בילוי מסביב. האנשים היו נורא נחמדים והיה מיזוג נעים."

"כולנו ישנו בחדר אחד, לא היתה הפרדה בין החדרים והיינו עם ילדים קטנים. בנוסף אין בידוד של רעשים מהשכנים ליד."

"I’ve visited Tbilisi 7-8 times in my life. That place was amazing and the best I have ever occupied. Clean, close to everything. Located in old town. fantastic place. Will get back if it will be free next time. Strongly recommend it"

"The apartment was really nice, there was a laundry service from the housekeeper who runs the place for the manager / host. She was friendly and gave me a laundry service. The location was great for me but it is up a hill so might not be for everyone, but I had no problem going back up twice a day at least. It was very safe and secure. Tbilisi was great and this was a great place to begin my adventure. It was not complicated to meet and collect keys or checkout. I did really like the apartment."

"There was no washing machine as the advert suggested but when I asked, the host offered me the laundry service so you must justask. It was returned washed and dried, thank you. I did not meet the host, arrival was done through the taxi-driver who met me, transferred me and let me in and gave me keys, but I did speak to the host on the phone and he was friendly."

"Lovely and very welcoming host, I would give 10 stars just for that. Really accomodating even though we had a few special requests. The room itself is very nice and cosy, perfect for two people. The kitchen is also fully equipped in case you need anything. There is a garden, which would be very nice in the summer. The location is very good, right by the Old City, 10-15 minute walk to the Freedom Square. In general, really nice vibe, would 100% stay here again. They even left a card for the Mtatsminda Park."

"The walk up the hill is a bit steep so bear that in mind. Not bad for young healthy people. Sometimes it smells from the bathroom but you just need to close the door and it's fine."

"Very friendly price for a big appartment in the middle of the center. Really kind host. You get your own clicker to open the private road. Beautiful and perfect bathroom with magical glow in the dark floor tiles. Bed was big and nice!"

"Bit loud in the evening, but it was saturday so no problem. That is what you get when you want to stay exactly in the center!"
